Our Values

Musique & Masque exists to bring people together through the joy of performance. We believe theatre is for everyone, that every age has something to offer the stage, and that the amateur artist deserves room to grow, take risks, and shine. Inclusion, respect, and community are the reason we do what we do.

Code of Conduct

We’re committed to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone: cast, crew, volunteers, and audiences alike. Everyone involved with M&M agrees to:

• Treat fellow company members, volunteers, and guests with kindness and respect.

• Help create a supportive space for performers of all ages and experience levels.

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any behavior that makes others feel unwelcome or unsafe.

• Follow the guidance of directors, stage managers, and production staff, especially around safety.

• Look out for one another — on stage, backstage, and in the audience.

If you ever feel unsafe or witness behavior that conflicts with these values, please reach out to a board member, director, or stage manager, or contact us. Concerns are taken seriously and handled with care.
